• All sessions are conducted through secure online telehealth. I work with individuals and couples located in New York and New Jersey.

  • I am currently out of network and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients choose to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider.

  • Standard therapy session sare 50 minutes in length.

  • I work with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges, including relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, and concerns related to faith and spirituality.

  • For clients who desire it, questions of faith and spirituality can be explored as part of the therapeutic process. Therapy is always guided by the needs and preferences of the client.

  • Yes. Therapy sessions are confidential, and your privacy is taken seriously. There are a few legal exceptions. to confidentiality, such as situations involving risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or cases of abuse that must be reported under state law. These limits are explained in detail at. the beginning of therapy.

  • It is common to feel uncertain about starting therapy. The early sessions provide an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy and to see whether the process feels helpful. If at any point it seems that another therapist or approach might be a better fit, we can discuss that openly.

    I also offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation, which can be a helpful way to connect briefly and get a sense of whether this work feels right for you.
