Working with Men

Many of the men I work with are used to handling things on their own.

On the outside, things may look fine.
But internally, there can be pressure, frustration, or a sense of being stuck.

You’re used to figuring things out - but that’s starting to break down.

You might not have the language for what’s going on — but you know something isn’t working.

For some men, that includes something more private — a pattern with pornography, unwanted sexual behavior, or something they've tried to stop but keep returning to. Something that carries a lot of shame, and hasn't been said out loud yet.

This is a space where you don’t have to perform or carry it alone.
We work directly with what’s underneath.

Most couples don’t come in because of one big issue.
